What does Fuzzy mean?
"Fuzzy" or Fuzzy Logic (a last century term) refers to the digital temperature controller in this iron.
Adjust the temperature knob to your desired temperature, the knob is located on the handle so no more burnt fingers; An LED in the handle lights to indicated that the iron is heating and then blinks when the iron has reached temperature. The temperature controller will then hold your desired temperature to ± 3°. A very useful feature especially when working with very thin covering or covering over foam. We also like the indicator LED because it helps to remind us to unplug the iron when we're finished covering.
While the digital temp controller is a plus; the uniquely shaped shoe takes the cake. The shoe on this iron just fits into places that standard iron shoes cannot and the rounded edges help provide protection from scratches and dented balsa.
