1/16" (1.5mm) Micro Wheel Collars - 4/pkg

The DU-BRO 1/16" (1.5 mm) Micro Wheel Collars are the perfect lightweight solution for electric flyers and small RC aircraft that need secure, reliable wheel attachment without unnecessary weight. These collars are designed to fit .047" (1.1938 mm) to .062" (1.5748 mm) axles, making them ideal for micro models, park flyers, and other lightweight aircraft builds.

One of the biggest advantages of these Micro Wheel Collars is their weight savings. They are 50% lighter than standard 1/16" brass wheel collars, helping reduce drag, improve efficiency, and keep your aircraft as light as possible. Each collar weighs only 0.42 grams, giving you strength and reliability without sacrificing performance.

Installation is simple and secure. Each collar uses a set screw for a tight fit on the axle, ensuring your wheels stay firmly in place during takeoff, landing, and flight. For added convenience, every pack includes a .050" Allen wrench, so you have everything needed for quick and easy installation right out of the package.

Whether you are building a new micro flyer or upgrading existing gear, these wheel collars provide a dependable hold with ultralight performance. They’re great for hobbyists who want strong, high-quality parts that won’t weigh down their aircraft.
