Du-Bro - 167

The 90 Degree Nylon Bellcrank Assembly is an easy way to create smooth and reliable control movements in your RC airplane. This lightweight bellcrank system is perfect for setups where you need to transfer motion around a corner—such as ailerons, flaps, elevators, or custom linkage designs.

Each package includes two complete bellcrank assemblies, along with all the hardware needed for installation:

  • (2) 90° nylon bellcranks

  • (2) bushings for smooth, low-friction rotation

  • (2) 4-40 x 3/4" (19 mm) screws

  • (2) lock washers

  • (2) hex nuts

The bellcranks are made from durable nylon, so they are strong while staying very light—only 3 grams per assembly. This makes them great for sport, scale, and lightweight models where smooth, precise control is important.

Each bellcrank measures 0.687" (11/16" or 17.40 mm) from the pivot to the outer hole, giving you a compact design that fits easily inside wings and fuselages. The included bushings help the bellcranks rotate freely, improving control accuracy and reducing wear over time.

This assembly is ideal for:

  • Aileron connections

  • Flap systems

  • Tail linkages

  • Mechanical retracts

  • Custom multi-surface controls

Easy to install, dependable in use, and built with DU-BRO’s well-known quality, the 90 Degree Nylon Bellcrank Assembly is a simple upgrade that improves the way your RC model handles.
